AC WORKS® Wisdom: Level 2 EV Charging

Level two EV charging makes use of higher output 240 Volt connections. For level two EV charging, you can use a dryer outlet, cooking range outlet, welder outlet, or HVAC outlet. With level two, you can charge your vehicle completely in a matter of a few hours, making it more convenient and less time consuming than level one charging.

Last week, we talked about maximum wattage for generator usage and how that plays into the outlets built in (https://youtu.be/rX0JOR7YmsQ). This week, we will talk about another common concern our customers have: the maximum wattage of certain outlets and our adapters.
