REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the AC WORKS® product is not as described in the listing. If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will be refused, and no refund will be issued.

For defective returns, we cover return shipping and will send you a pre-paid UPS Return Label (the US Only). If you received free shipping when you ordered and are looking for a refund, without exchange, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For defective returns, there will be no re-stocking fee charged. For non-defective returns, we charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

No restocking fee will be applied if you are doing a product exchange. If you are returning your non-defective product a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and your shipping charge will not be refundable.

I will refund you 85% of the product cost after I received the return.
