Q: What is your companies return policy?

A: AC Connectors offers a 30-day money back guarantee if the AC WORKS™ product is not as described in the listing. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.

Q: Do I need to contact you before returning an item?

A: Yes. If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will be refused, and no refund will be issued.

Q: If I return an item, who pays for return shipping?

A: For defective returns, we cover return shipping and will send you a pre-paid UPS Return Label (US Only). If you received free shipping when you ordered and are looking for a refund, without exchange, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No, not for defective returns. For non-defective returns, we charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?  

A: Yes, some of our AC WORKS™ products are covered by a limited warranty.  Click here to learn more about the limited warranty and our warranty process.   

Q: Do I have to pay a restocking fee for an exchanged item?

A: No, there will be no restocking fee if you need to exchange a purchased item for another. 

Q: What do I need to include in the return package?

A: Include either the Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) from us and the packing list in the package with the product return. 

Remember to always keep your tracking number, so we have reference that your package arrived safely in our facility.
