This is an AC WORKS® brand [EVL1530MS-018] heavy-duty 1.5-foot adapter.  The adapter is a NEMA L15-30P to NEMA 14-50R (Tesla).  The NEMA L15-30P is a 3-phase, 30 Amp, 250 Volt, 4-prong locking plug.  The NEMA 14-50R is a 50 Amp, 125/250 Volt female connector.  The cable is an STW 10/3, heavy-duty 600 Volt jacket.  This product comes with a limited 5-year warranty.
