This item is a NEMA 5-15P green dot power strip to six NEMA 5-15R green dot outlets. The cord is an SJTW, 14/3 hospital-grade power strip. This power strip is a NEMA 5-15P, 15 Amp, 125 Volt medical/hospital grade plug connected to 6 medical/hospital-grade outlets. The product meets UL1363 standards. Included with your purchase is a 5-year limited warranty.
