This AC WORKS® brand adapter [SS2630-018] is heavy-duty and very durable.  The adapter is a NEMA SS2-50P to NEMA 6-30R.  The NEMA SS2-50 is a 50 Amp, 125/250 Volt, 4-wire male plug.  The NEMA 6-30R is a 30 Amp, 250 Volt 3-prong female connector.  The adapter cable is an STW, 10/3, 600 Volt jacket with 30 Amp copper wire. This adapter is frequently used to power HVAC from a twist-lock 50A outlet. This product includes a 5-year limited warranty.
