EVTT30MS and RVTT1450 look identical on the outside, but they are completely different on the inside. They CANNOT be used interchangeably. 4-prong to 3-prong adapters for EVs and RVs are wired specifically for their respective uses. RVTT1450 won't work for EVs and EVTT30MS won't work for RVs.
RVTT1450 and EVTT30MS are wired differently and are not interchangeable.
