It comes as no surprise to us that people love the Tesla Model S.  It has a sleek and streamlined design, safety features like Dual Motor All Wheel Drive, Self-driving hardware and much more.  Any consumer would be happy to drive the Tesla Model S.

One of our concerns with driving electric is how can we charge on the go?  When traveling it can be difficult to plug into a power source.  Depending on your type of travel we put together a few convenience packages you can choose from. 

When you purchase a new Tesla Model S, you receive a standard mobile connector charging accessory package.  It includes a 20-foot mobile connector, a NEMA 5-15 adapter for household outlets, a NEMA 14-50 adapter, an adapter for use at public charging stations SAE J1772 and an organizing bag to carry it all in. 

The packages we have put together for you have been tailored to different situations you may find yourself traveling in.  The packages we have are listed below:

BASIC DRYER PACKAGE IMAGE

The basic dryer outlet package includes a 3-prong and 4-prong dryer outlet adapter.  This will allow you to plug into power at any house you may travel to.  Every house has a dryer outlet, this is a convenient package for traveling to a family or friend residence. 

RV-GENERATOR CAMPING PACKAGE IMAGE

The RV or Generator Camping package includes two adapters.  One adapter allows you to plug into the 30 Amp power source provided by your campground.  The other adapter allows you to plug into your generator as a power source.  Both power sources will power your vehicle quicker than a regular home 15/20 Amp outlet but are not considered rapid chargers. 

PREMIUM PACKAGE IMAGE

The premium package is not for everyone.  This will provide the quickest charge time however you will have to find a location with a 50 Amp wired outlet installed.  Some residential locations are wired with this type of outlet, but it is rare.  This package would be beneficial to someone who has this outlet installed, like a welder for example.
