When you receive our transfer switch adapter or your inlet box, you’ll notice there is a black plastic ring included. There are different types of inlet boxes out there with or without threaded rings for security, so this ring is something we throw in for free, just in case.

This quick instructional video will show you how to add this ring on to the adapter if you so desire.
