Here is the first edition of AC WORKS® Wisdom! When trying to decide what kind of electrical adapter or electrical cable you need, it is important to understand NEMA configurations. Each male plug and female connector has a unique pin configuration and abilities. These were laid out in a chart by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association.

In this video, we explain each part of the NEMA configuration and what it means. To keep it simple, we start off with a household outlet and plug, and another variation you have probably seen before. In the next videos, we will continue to dive into more complex NEMA configurations, as well as different collections of electrical adapters we provide.

AC Connectors strives to provide power solutions to its customers since its founding in 2015. From our headquarters (Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA), we provide solutions worldwide and work efficiently to ship our AC WORKS® brand products out quickly, especially to those struck by natural disasters.
