Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No, not for defective returns. For non-defective returns, we charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return. 

Q: Do I have to pay a restocking fee for an exchanged item?

A: No, there will be no restocking fee if you need to exchange a purchased item for another. 

Q: What do I need to include in the return package?

A: Include the Return Slip (RMA) copy and the packing list inside the package with the product return. 

Remember to always keep your tracking number, so we have a reference that your package arrived safely in our facility. 

What should I look for to find the correct power connection?

If you are looking at a plug, locate the numbers or NEMA term on the base of the plug to help figure out what you need to connect to it.  Then Look at the outlet or power source to find the NEMA term you are trying to get power from. 

You may have read a NEMA configuration or code on an adapter which includes a P or an R after a set of numbers and letters. (Example ASL1420R) NEMA codes are the standard industry electrical connection language used in the U.S.  Some people get confused by the P and the R or by the relationship between the two of them.  You can read more about this topic in our blog post about the Relationship Between the Plug and Receptacle (P and R).

For example, you could be using a plug with NEMA L14-20R, you need to connect it to an adapter or power source with NEMA L14-20P, as shown above.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere worldwide. If you are located in Canada please order from to save shipping time and cost.  

Will I pay duty tax on an international order?

Yes, duty tax is charged by your government when you order something from outside of your country, not by our company.  There is no way to avoid this charge. 

What is the shipping charge for international packages?

For any international package, if you have a question about shipping charges, you can contact our customer service department.  You will need to provide your shipping address and we will be able to better help you figure out what your shipping charges will be. 

What is your shipping window?

Our shipping window will depend on where you purchased our products from and how long it takes your payment to post.  Amazon, Home Depot, eBay, and Jet are some of our other sales channels.  These sales channels will not release an order for us to ship until payment clears.  Once your payment clears and we receive your order, it will be shipped out of our warehouse within 24 business hours. 

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.  We only ship on business days.  For orders received prior to 3 pm on any business day, with ground shipping, your order will ship out within 24-hours. 

Expedited orders received before 3 pm, on any business day will ship out the same day. 

Orders requiring next day or 2nd-day shipping and received prior to 5 pm on any business day will ship out the same day. 

*The exception to our shipping turnaround times, are situation beyond our control.  Such situations may include the event of extreme weather or holidays and/or any reason for our shipping companies to fall behind schedule.

What is the best way to get customer service?

There are multiple ways to reach our customer service department.  We accept e-mail, phone and text messaging, 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
