Let's Celebrate Another Year - 2018 Recap

Can you believe 2018 is history?  That chapter in the book of life has come to an end but we cannot forget all it has added to our story.  As we mentioned in our August recap post we grew out of our small warehouse much quicker than we had anticipated which led us to a much bigger facility in the city of Oak Creek, WI. 

This space allows for a much better workflow providing better shipping and marketing efforts for our customers. It also allows us to increase our available products and complete the percentage of products we have for each collection.  This provides more solutions for you.

For those of you who prefer shopping on Amazon or eBay, we have completed Amazon and eBay storefronts.  This provides better product descriptions, imagery, and video on both sales channels meaningless product research for our customers.  

If you have not been able to find the information about the products you are looking for, we offer text messaging, a 24/7 customer service line, and many ways to find your solutions on our website.  We have implemented new outlet solutions allowing you to find a power solution for the type of outlet you have on hand.  Our goal is to find you a solution as quickly as possible, so you can get back to work or travel.

We have been adding kits for different charging solutions throughout the year.  We now have seven kits created to help you charge your electric vehicle anywhere.  Whether you are welding, or RV camping, there is a kit for you to be connected. We also have individual products to cover HVAC power solutions, Dryer relocation, and power tool solutions. 

Customer service is our number one priority.  As we have stated in previous recap blog posts, we want to provide any solution needed by our customers.  That is why we are continuously adding products, kits, and information in the form of blog posts, AC WORKS® Wisdom videos, and more. 

We also want you to become a blog subscriber.  If you are a blog subscriber, you already know the benefits of becoming one.  We offer bigger and better promotions for each of our subscribers.  That means a higher percentage of sales, more sales more often.
